If your purchase isn't the right fit, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Jewelry must be brand new, unworn, unused, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Returns showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry
• Gift cards
• Final sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
